Chorizo- about the Spanish chorizo (Spanish pork sausage) and recipes using Chorizo .

Flavoured with pimienton (ground paprika) and, in its spicier incarnation, with chilli, chorizo is a tasty pork sausage. Most chorizo is cured, and can be eaten without further preparation, though it is a vital ingredient in many popular Spanish dishes.

 chorizo recipes

Made from the meat of the famous Iberico pig, this chorizo is made using the highest quality meat. This silky meat has a smooth paprika taste. Pre-sliced, it’s best enjoyed with bread to appreciate the delicate flavour.

Chorizos in a traditional Spanish dish

This chorizo comes as a large, fat sausage. Soft and squidgy, it is not as cured as others in the test (though is perfectly suitable for eating without preparation) and it does not have as intense a flavour,

This is a favourite. It comes as a long, curved sausage to cut into thin slices. Full of flavour, with an intense, paprika finish, it would it be delicious on its own or in a bean-based soup.

Soft and mild, but intense in flavour, you can really appreciate this quality Ibérico meat. Serve it on its own as tapas with some crusty bread or use it to cook huevos a la flamenco (eggs with ham and tomatoes).
